Todd Follansbee, a well-known Vineyard resident, died on Friday, Sept. 14 at home in West Tisbury of an aneurysm. He was 61. Family members gathered in West Tisbury this week to mourn and plan a service for him. A full obituary will be published in a future edition of the Gazette.
