James M. Beckman died on Tuesday evening, Oct. 2 at his home in Edgartown after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 66.

He was the former husband of Donna Beckman, father of Laura J. Beckman and longtime companion of Eniko M. DeLisle.

A Masonic graveside service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 21 in Oak Grove Cemetery, State Road, Vineyard Haven at noon officiated by the Oriental-Martha’s Vineyard Masonic Lodge.
