Memorial Service for Susan H. Parker

A memorial service for Susan H. Parker will take place on Monday, June 16, at 3:30 p.m. at the Chilmark Community Center.

Shiva will be observed at 27 Hewing Field in Chilmark. Visiting hours are Wednesday, June 11, 6 to 8 p.m.; Thursday, June 12, 6 to 8 p.m.; Friday, June 13, 3 to 5 p.m.; Sunday, June 15, 4 to 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Martha’s Vineyard Food Pantry and Hospice of Martha’s Vineyard.

I am so sorry to hear about Susan. She was so alive and thoughtful and good. I remember her smile. It was a pleasure to do the landscape painting of her view.
