Edmund J. Bernard, the beloved husband of Maggie (Goodick) Bernard and father of Jennifer L. Bernard, died on August 4. A service with full military honors will be held on Saturday, August 29, at 10:30 a.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial section of the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Bluffs. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the VFW Hall on Towanicut avenue in Oak Bluffs.
