Roger A. Neuhoff died Oct. 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. He was 87. A businessman and former longtime broadcast executive, Mr. Neuhoff and his wife Louise had owned a home at Starbuck’s Neck in Edgartown since 1959. A full obituary will appear in a future edition of the Gazette.
