Service Sunday for Charles N. Greenaway, 33

Charles N. Greenaway died suddenly on Tuesday evening, Feb. 16 at his home in West Tisbury. He was 33.

He was the son of Anne S. Nevin.

His funeral service will be held this Sunday, Feb. 21 at 12 p.m. at the West Tisbury Congregational Church on State Road in West Tisbury, with interment following at the West Tisbury Cemetery.

Donations may be made in his memory to the West Tisbury Congregational Church, PO Box 3000, PMB 3111, West Tisbury, MA 02575. Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs. An online guestbook is available at ccgfuneralhome.com.

Charles was such a bright eyed, cool kid. While babysitting him at a time, I still remember his curiosity of all things around him, that freckled little face looking up, for answers. May he have finally found his answers and peace.

I knew Charlie during his teenage years and he was a good friend. I always imagined we'd cross paths again and catch up and talk about music and life. I miss him very much.

Was crushed to learn of his passing.We had become lose friends in late nineties,and when i left mv for marriage in2 k we kept in touch awhile...but last track when he went tp Ca. He was intelligent,sensitive,funny,deeply caring,talented and spiritually aware.Heavan needed him back,so sorry wasnt able to be notified til a mutual friend just found me...i pray or family.....Isaiah 57:1. He was a gift to so many....
