A memorial service for Philip Lockwood Swift of Oak Bluffs will be held at the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs on Saturday, April 16 at 11 a.m.

Mr. Swift died on Feb. 12 at age 65.
