George R. Medeiros Sr. died at his Oak Bluffs home on Thursday, April 7. He was 72.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Chapman, Cole, and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Vineyard Haven.

A complete obituary will appear in a future edition of the Gazette.
