Louise May (Jackson) Bernard died on Wednesday, April 26 at her home in Edgartown. She was 89.

She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore R. Bernard.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs. Her graveside service will be held on Monday, May 1 at 11 a.m. at the New Westside Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Michael Nagle.
