John Anthony (Tony) Nevin, 85, died peacefully on Sunday, Sep. 23 at his home in Vineyard Haven.

Tony was the husband of Nora M. (Macfarlane) Nevin and the father of Martha Cyr, Scott, Sara, Barbara and Mark Nevin and step-father of Hardy and Nicholas Ophuls.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date to be announced and a complete obituary will follow.
