Harriet Hickie Harriet D. (Greene) Hickie of Kingston, formerly of Martha’s Vineyard, died on Nov. 11. Born in North Tisbury on July 15, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Louis M. and Zelma (Adams) Greene. She was educated in Tisbury and was a graduate of Tisbury High School. She was a lifelong resident of the Vineyard where she enjoyed bird watching and gardening.

She was the wife of the late William Wesley Hickie and the mother of Kathleen Glinos of Philippi, W.Va. and Plymouth and Thomas L. Hickie of Marshfield. She was the sister of Everel Black of Edgartown, grandmother of five and great-grandmother of 11.
