Bruce A. Farland of Edgartown died Oct. 24 at Massachusetts General Hospital after a long illness. He was 62.

Funeral services will be held at the Old Westside Cemetery in Edgartown on Nov. 9 at 11 a.m., with a reception at The Wharf Pub to follow.

Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs.
