Nicholas Azzollini died at the Royal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Falmouth after a long illness, surrounded by family.

He was born on June 20, 1942, in Hoboken, N.J. He was a special man: kind, warm and gracious. He will be missed by many.

A memorial gathering will be held on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21, at the Tisbury Waterworks in Vineyard Haven.
