William Louis Mueller 3rd, a resident of Vineyard Haven, died unexpectedly on May 9. He was 47.

He was born on April 30, 1973. He was a licensed plumber for 25 years.

He had an intense love for outdoor activities and life in general. His kindness, sense of humor and wonderful personality was very much appreciated by many who had the pleasure of crossing his path. If you were lucky enough to be by his side, you could not escape without a deep belly laugh and tears of joy streaking down your face. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

He is survived by his mother and father, Bill and Cheryl Mueller of Pocasset; sister Kimberly Waller, her husband Todd and neice Zoe; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A summer celebration of life will be held when the pandemic ends and it is safe to gather.
