Joseph Francis (Chuck) Duart 3rd of Vineyard Haven died on Sept. 18 at the Cape Cod Hospital. He was 69 and was the husband of the late Dorothy M. (Couto) Duart.

A graveside interment of his ashes will be held on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m. in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Vineyard Haven.
