Albert W. Warren Jr. died peacefully at Excell Healthcare Center in Oakland, Calif. on April 10. He was 77.

He had been a Vineyard resident since 1968 before moving to California five years ago.

A celebration of his life will be held at the P.A. Club in Oak Bluffs on Sept. 18.
