Carol Woodbury Fuller of Wellesley and Chappaquiddick died peacefully on Dec. 8, 2022. She was 76.

She was born in Washington, D.C. She is a former resident of Harvard and Pittsburgh, Pa.

For 55 years, she was the beloved wife of Samuel H. Fuller. She was the loving mother of Amy Fuller Boyd of Wellesley, Deborah Fuller Berger and her husband Edward Berger of Wellesley, and Matthew S. Fuller and his wife Laura McQuade Fuller of New York city; and a devoted grandmother to Olivia, Eleanor and Henry Boyd, Charles, Elizabeth and James Berger, and Colin and Rory Fuller. She was predeceased by her sister, Linda W. Callin.

Carol’s extended summers on Chappaquiddick were her favorite times. She delighted in family gatherings and tending to her orchard, her flock of chickens and beloved dog Aargau. She also enjoyed world travel and just this fall immensely enjoyed a trip to the Middle East with her two daughters.

She always wanted to be of help to others and over time served on the EMT squad in Harvard, as a home health caregiver on Martha’s Vineyard and as an occupational therapist.
