Edward T. Medeiros died surrounded by his family on Tuesday morning, July 18 at his residence in Edgartown. He was 77.

He was the husband of Shirley Ann Medeiros and a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. A complete obituary will be published in a future edition of the Gazette.
