Richard T. Jennings of Vineyard Haven died on Feb. 18. He was 83.

He was the husband of Carol Ann Jennings.

A complete obituary will be published in a future edition of the Gazette.

His funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on April 27 at St. Augustine Church in Vineyard Haven, with interment following at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Oak Bluffs.

Carol,Chris, and family. My sincere condolences to to you and your family. Richard and I were close friends since we were teenagers, he always keep in touch with me, especially every time he was admitted to the hospital, which in the past few years was often, he suffered so much. Every time I travel on Hickory St. Here in Norwich I think of him and his mom. His family in Norwich was all gone, I was the only one left here, and Chris in Madison, He never forgot us.RIP Richard I will miss your calls and your cards. Till we meet again.Bonnie jean Canova
