Patricia L. Dehmer died at her home in Edgartown on Saturday, August 17. She was 83.

Patricia was born May 30, 1941 in Mount Kisco, N.Y. She attended Fox Lane High School and continued on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

She was a hard worker and held multiple jobs, most important was helping oversee the company she ran successfully with her husband Donald. She was a strong and dependable woman who was there for anyone who needed her. She was never afraid to speak freely and share what was on her mind.

She was loving, caring and so unique in her own way. She had a love for Disney and any place with a beach. Her favorite times were spent on the Island enjoying a large glass of wine with fresh lobster and corn. She was always up for a new adventure, as long as family was by her side. Her biggest achievement and love in her life was raising her family.

She is survived by her husband Donald E. Dehmer Jr.; daughter Robin; son-in-law Thomas; grandchildren Mathew, Amanda and her husband and (Pat’s grandson-in-law) Brett; great-granddaughter Talia Rose; puppies Tigger and Maya B.; son Ronald; and grandchildren Ashley and Conner. Her family will miss her very much and knows she will never be far.

We promise to celebrate her life and live ours to the fullest with her in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, from 10 to 11 a.m., at St. Patrick’s Church, 29 Cox Ave., Armonk, NY, followed by a funeral mass.
