Barbara A. Alconada of Oak Bluffs died peacefully at Windemere Nursing and Rehabilitation in the early hours of Dec. 13.

Noted jazz pianist John Alaimo died Dec. 20 at home in Oak Bluffs with his wife and children at his side.

Ginger Mae Avery died on Feb. 20, 2014.

Ruth Immelt Anderson died of natural causes on Oct. 30 at her beloved home in Oak Bluffs.

James Louis Adler Jr. died on Sept. 10 in Danbury, Conn, after his family had gathered around him.

A memorial service will be held for Arthur Yorke Allen on August 3 at 5 p.m. at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown.

Carol Ruth Angell, a lifelong Vineyard summer resident, Island restaurant owner, teacher, writer and world traveler, died at the Martha’s Vineyard...

Fonnie M. (Morse) Austin of Vineyard Haven, died May 12 at Windemere. She was 103.

Robert C. Andrews of Mashpee, formerly of Keene, N.H., died peacefully on Feb. 13, 2021 at the JML Care Center in Falmouth. He was 83.
