Edgartown's Fourth of July parade embodied all that is good on the Island — a celebration of life, liberty, and above all, the pursuit of happiness. Parade-goers wore red, white and blue, waved flags and were all smiles with ice cream dripping down their chins as floats, bands, and Vineyard organizations marched through the town's streets.
