The Agricultural Society fairgrounds were abuzz on Saturday as West Tisbury Farmers’ Market vendors lined up their trucks, knocked the dust off pop-up tents, and laid out folding tables to kick off the season.

For the 50th anniversary more than 50 vendors will be offering fresh produce, meats, dairy, flowers, breads, herbs, pastries, jams, jellies, lemonades, chocolates, and — of course — egg rolls to throngs of basket-carriers at the Agricultural Hall.
