In Oak Bluffs the ferry rounds the Chop and sounds her horn, loaded to the gunwales with day laborers and July visitors. Ocean Park is a beehive of activity as families cross the park to the town beach and lift kites in the sky. Boats are tied four across on a single mooring and the bulkhead is full.
