Positive tests for the coronavirus remained steady through the week until two more raised the total to 14. The Steamship Authority came under fire for floating the idea of not opening the Oak Bluffs terminal this summer, and then made a plea for a financial bailout with cash running low. The Vineyard Playhouse canceled its summer season, soon followed by the Taste of the Vineyard, and the Ag Fair. This was the week on the Vineyard, April17.
