The Hob Knob, an eco-boutique hotel in Edgartown, is pleased to offer Winter Wellness packages, beginning January 2010. These packages incorporate weekend stays at the hotel with a culinary and exercise program, providing a unique health and wellness experience. Katryn Yerdon, ISSA certified personal trainer and professional chef will offer cooking classes and guided nature hikes.
A new culinary series begins this weekend with Elizabeth Germain’s workshop Work. Play. Eat. at Hob Knob in Edgartown. This is the first of several winter weekends teaching sustainable cuisine.
This first event pays homage to the Vineyard’s sustainable roots, inspiring busy working people to find fun and function in the kitchen. Ms. Germain will lead participants to sustainable farm-to-table solutions for preparing, cooking and eating foods which not only taste good and make you feel good, but are also good for the earth.
Enjoy an eco-luxury stay at the Hob Knob Inn and say hello to springtime on Martha’s Vineyard for just $135 per night. All guests taking advantage of this offer will receive a free room upgrade.
Take a romantic walk on the beach. Dine in fantastic restaurants. Hop on a Hob Knob cruiser and explore miles of bucolic bike paths from Edgartown to Chilmark. Enjoy a workout in Hob Knob Fitness Center or top off the day with a relaxing aromatherapy massage in their spa.
