MV Youth this week gave $2.3 million in grants to the YMCA, the Chilmark preschool, Martha's Vineyard Ocean Academy and ACE MV.
Martha's Vineyard Ocean Academy, a local educational nonprofit, has been awarded the Frank J. Bailey National Maritime Excellence Fund Sail Program of the Year award.
