Well, we had a taste of Florence late last week and into the weekend. Hundreds of leaves fell due to the rain. A smattering of pumpkins, mums and Halloween displays are beginning to appear around town as it is just 33 days away on Friday. Sunset is getting earlier by the day plus cooler temperatures and memories of September that seemed to have slipped by before you knew it. Some vines and a few trees the leaves have begun to turn but it will be until after Halloween that we will see some fine fall color. The VTA fall bus schedules begin on Sunday.
