The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee

Will hold a Public Hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices and via Zoom on Tuesday July 30, 2024 at 6:40PM to act upon a request from Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank and Sherriff’s Meadow Foundation of Moshup Trail and State Road Map 11 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 35 and Map 12 Lots 20, 65, 81, 85, 92, 96, 103, 104 and Map 13 Lot 1 under sections 2.2-2, 2.4-2, 2.6-2, 2.8-1, 2.8-2, 3.2-1, 3.5, 3.7-1, 3.8-3, 3.8-4, 3.9-1, 4.1-1, 4.3-2, 4.3-5, 5.2-1, 11.4-1 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws for the siting of two trailheads boardwalks, beach access stairs, viewing platforms, kiosks, signs, fencing, gates, kayak racks, port-a-potties, dune mats, benches one new access road, and two separate trail systems, known as the Squibnocket Pond Reservation, located within the Coastal DCPC, Moshup Trail DCPC, Aquinnah DCPC, Island Road District, Special Way and Special Places DCPC.
