Request for Proposals

Town of Aquinnah, in conjunction with the Aquinnah Housing Committee, Planning Board and the Martha’s Vineyard Commission (MVC), seeks qualified professional planning and consulting services to plan, map and do site analysis and bylaw development for an overlay district for a Town Center State Road Corridor under a contract subject to a Rural Development Fund Grant. Technical support will be provided by the MVC where a part-time project assistant has been selected to augment Communication, logistics and scheduling tasks.
