The town is seeking interested residents to serve on a working group to develop and explore alternatives for the use of land at Peaked Hill Pastures. Group will meet every other week on Wednesdays at 8:00AM (not in August) to explore the alternatives, discuss them with town residents, and bring options to the Board of Selectmen.

The applicant seeks permission to relocate and expand an existing historic dwelling to a location that is approximately 40 feet from the northeast lot line. The historic house and the addition will have a roof ridge height equal to the historic house’s current 28 feet above mean, natural grade.
