Will hold a Zoom public hearing on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 9:00 AM, under the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L.c.131, Section 40 and the Town’s Wetlands Protection By-law, on a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering on behalf of Matthew & Jessica Harris. The applicant proposes to remove an existing guest house and shed and to construct and maintain an addition to an existing dwelling. Portions of the work will be largely within the buffer zone to a BVW, however all of the work will be located within currently cleared and maintained lawn area. The project is located at 277 North Road in Chilmark, MA (AP 14-9).
