The Island Community Chorus are teachers, plumbers, bankers, artists, fishermen, scallopers, shopkeepers, retirees and twenty-somethings. And while all of these roles are important, over the weekend the key characteristic that binds this seemingly disparate group is that they sing. The Old Whaling Church in Edgartown was filled Saturday and Sunday for their annual holiday concert and the Christmas season officially began.
