Guest chef Robert Lionette is helping the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School to continue its tradition of organizing five-course international dinners in January. Partnering with Zephrus, chef Lionette will prepare foods from two countries for elegant evenings of exquisite, locally grown international menus. Food from Italy features on Saturday, Jan. 17, and food from Mexico will be on Saturday, Jan. 31.
These dinners will be fundraisers to support international travel opportunities for Island students. Last year, many Island businesses sponsored the international dinners — the school thanks each of them, and hope for business support this year as well. Business sponsors will be thanked and listed alongside the dinner menu cards at each table in elegant stand up displays.
You can choose to sponsor one or both nights. Cost is $30 to sponsor one dinner, or $50 to sponsor two dinners. Checks can be made out to Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School; please include the name of the dinner(s) you would like to sponsor on the check as well as your business name.
