If your organization is looking to become more social media savvy, the Martha’s Vineyard Donors Collaborative fall workshop will provide tools and knowledge needed for nonprofits looking to use social media effectively for communication and fund-raising.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 30, at the Hebrew Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with registration and coffee at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $15 per person, including lunch.
The program includes in-depth exploration of such social media applications as Facebook, Twitter, LinkdIn and blogging, how to use them effectively and measure results. Led by Sarah McMaster of Quabbin Creative, the workshop is designed so attendees can leave with plans for effective strategy. All the examples she uses in her presentation will be from nonprofits.
