Alan Dershowitz Speaks

Local summer kid, and internationally acclaimed lawyer, author, and lecturer Alan Dershowitz will be speaking this coming Wednesday, July 27, at 5:30 p.m. at the Chilmark Public Library. His talk is entitled The First Amendment: From Pentagon Papers to Wiki Leaks.

For those who have lived in the bushes or under a rock for the past few decades, Mr. Dershowitz has defended clients as diverse as Anatoly Sharansky, Claus von Bülow, O.J. Simpson, Michael Milken and Mike Tyson. He has written 27 works of fiction and nonfiction including six bestsellers, one of which, Reversal of Fortune, was made into an Academy Award winning film.
