Thank you to JJ at the Oak Bluffs police department, the Oak Bluffs EMT services, John Rose, the Edgartown EMT services, the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital emergency room staff, and the Med Flight crew for responding to our emergency at the Surfside Motel on the morning of Nov. 11. There is no more helpless feeling than watching someone suffer a heart attack and waiting for help. Without the quick and experienced help of each of these heroes the outcome would have been very different.
