I’ve been singing this song to myself since the day she left. I miss her, big time. Our friendship spanned almost 50 years. We shared our joys and our sorrows and could always laugh our way through almost anything.

I admired her so much — her many talents, her positive attitude and when she was handed lemons, believe me she made lemon meringue pie. Her wonderful paintings hang in every room in both my houses. I could go on and on about her but I’ll just simply say: Goodbye my friend.
