Chef Justin Melnick prepares a sumptuous winter meal and helps you decide which wine pairs nicely with it during a special cooking demonstration that benefits the Vineyard Montessori School on Friday, Jan. 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Farm Institute.

The class features a cooking lesson and includes recipes you can take home and try on your own.
