Starting this week, The Terrace at the Charlotte Inn in Edgartown will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Chef Justin Melnick serves up American cuisine with French and Italian accents, using regional and Island-sourced ingredients. On Valentine’s Day, Saturday, Feb. 14, there will be a prix fixe dinner that features red beet soup, three starters and three entrées to choose from, and chocolate and hazelnut mousse, for $75 per person.
