Charter School Basketball For the first time in its 20-year history the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School has middle school girls varsity and junior varsity teams.

Athletic director and physical education teacher, Tim Penicaud, attributes the new development to several factors, including mentorship by older classmates and a new outdoor court at the school.
