This week is busy one at The Yard in Chilmark. On Saturday, Sept. 3, the final DanceTheYard performance takes place at 6:30 p.m. The show includes the work of executive director Alison Manning and director of Island programs Jesse Keller.

On Sept. 7, 8 and 10, the Yard presents A.R.T. on the Vine, which is a three-day celebration of the Island community of creators and performers. This event concludes on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 3 to 5 p.m. when The Cup of Karma Project culminates its year long series of Tea Talks, hosted by creator Polly Simpkins. The event will highlight five speakers telling the story of one person who inspired them and change their lives in a significant way.
