The Terrace Restaurant at the The Charlotte Inn is offering prix fixe dinners starting in November that include three courses — appetizers, entrées and desserts — for $59 per person. Chef Justin Melnick will also offer, on occasion or by advance request, a Chef’s Whim tasting of seven courses for $95.
