The Agricultural Enhancement Program of the MV Agricultural Society recently awarded grants to four local farms to improve and enhance their growing season this year. The grants went to North Tabor Farm in Chilmark, Beetlebung Farm in Chilmark, Sixburnersue Farmette in West Tisbury, and Slip Away Farm in Chappaquiddick. The awards provided equipment and tools to improve farm operations, infrastructure and composting capacity.

These grants were made possible through the Farm Neck Golf Club Foundation, and a donation from the Food and Wine Festival.
