Editors, Vineyard Gazette:

The conductor of the Vineyard Haven Band, Julie Schilling, is to be commended for conducting a memorable concert celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Band at the Tabernacle on August 9.

For a century and a half the Band has inspired Vineyard audiences. This week is the last chance this season to appreciate this hidden gem in our midst.
