Please Adopt Us Adoptions are still continuing to happen with all of Cheshire’s kittens leaving for their new homes this past week. Cheshire herself will be available once she’s been spayed, a real sweetheart of a tuxedo with that smiling face. Our “doggie” cat, Mr. Man, also had a family fall head over heels for him and has taken him to his new forever home. And our little teacup Maltese, Henry, has found his new family as well. Wishing many years of happiness to all.

This seems to be the summer of kittens. A young, stray, bobtail tabby has arrived with her four bobtail kittens: two tabbies, a black and a gray. She’s young, purrs a lot and seems very friendly. We’re calling her Kathy. Her kittens are only about four weeks old so will need to be with us for another month. If interested in a kitten, please call to have your name added to our growing kitten list.

We have a number of other feline residents hoping to find permanent homes. Lucy is a shy, five-year-old, long hair calico with a cute white blaze and an orange puff at the end of her tail. Mr. Kitty has black and white markings resembling a Holstein cow. He would love to find a family to share his life with. Mercury is an orange and white male, sweet as can be. He’s only five so has a long life ahead of him, especially since he’s an indoor cat. He’s still new here so hasn’t come out of his shell yet. But he does have that lovely orange male personality. Who wants to give this guy a good home?

Holly is the five-year-old tabby residing in the kitty condo. Holly likes things her way, she likes to set the rules and be in charge. She needs a patient and considerate owner who will give her the time she needs to become her true self. Holly came to us from a hoarding situation, no one knew there was a cat in the house and it took a few days before she appeared. When her owner was asked if he wanted her, his answer was an emphatic NO. Is there an angel out there for Holly, someone who can find it in their heart to give this girl a good home?

Rabbit lovers, where are you? Your perfect bunny is here. Pickle is a four years young, brown and black, Lionshead rabbit with floppy ears and a lion’s mane of fur. His face actually looks a little like a Pekinese dog. He’s a real sweetie who enjoys being held and getting attention. Hey rabbit lovers, come and get this gem. And guinea pigs Maple and Lucky are also looking for homes.
