Featherstone Center for the Arts is going anonymous. Well, not the center, but that is the theme of its benefit event on Saturday, August 25, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The idea is as simple as it is revolutionary. A call was put out to artists of all ages and mediums to do their thing on a 6X6 canvas. There was just one catch: they couldn’t sign it.

On Saturday guests will have the opportunity to purchase the anonymous art for $100 per canvas, not knowing when they make the purchase who created it. The reveal will take place at the end of the evening.

All the artwork has been donated and all proceeds benefit Featherstone. There is also a $10 fee to attend the event.
