The North American Speed Sailing Invitational is coming to the Vineyard, from Oct. 21 through Nov. 4. Billed as the fastest regatta in North America it is sponsored by The Black Dog and Lynch Associates.

Local sailer Rob Douglas, who often carries the title of fastest man on the water, will be among the participants.
