Karla de Souza Robadel and Bruno Robadel of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Allicia de Souza Robadel, born on Feb. 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Allicia weighed 6 pounds, 1.2 ounces at birth.
