Bloomsday is coming, the annual celebration of all things James Joyce. The event takes place on June 16, the day in which his novel Ulysses takes place, albeit in 1904, and is named for the protagonist Leopold Bloom.
The Katharine Cornell Theatre will be the place to be on Sunday and includes a performance reading by Gerry Yukevich of The Boarding House from Dubliners, a dance by Alise Haigazian plus a host of other songs and readings.
The homage begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at the door or Bunch of Grapes bookstore. For more information, call 508-696-0539.
