Debora Macedo and Ramiro Alves, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Elisa Macedo Alves, born on Oct. 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Elisa weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces at birth.
