The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $268,540 for the business week ending on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020.

The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions. Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where seven transactions resulted in $153,840.

Two transactions earned $51,300 in Tisbury. Three transactions generated $34,400 in Oak Bluffs. And two transactions resulted in $29,000 in Chilmark. No eligible transactions were recorded in Aquinnah or West Tisbury.
